We are happy to accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (IE FAIR TRADE GOLD ITEMS OR OTHER SPECIAL ORDERS).
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on jewellery with any signs of wear or scratches and will only accept items back in perfect condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although this may vary. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from production. We have a rigorous quality check process in place to ensure each piece is crafted to perfection with no faults or defects. As such, we may only exchange items that, in exceptional cases, might be damaged from production. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are defective or damaged, resulting from improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. We are not liable for any lost pieces.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com we will follow up with all information needed for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before you receive your dispatch notification email firstname.lastname@example.org your Order Confirmation number. Once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall it and will no longer be able cancel it; in this case please see ourReturns Policy.
CANCELLATION BY FERUNAS
If there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible and within 5 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
